Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Mubadala Capital
Hani Barhoush is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Capital, the asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, a global sovereign investor headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this capacity, Hani leads all investment and operational activities for Mubadala Capital's various businesses. Hani is a founding member of Mubadala Capital and has helped grow the business to its current full scale platform spanning distinct capital pools across alternatives, private wealth, insurance, and sovereign anchoring.
In addition to his leadership at Mubadala Capital, Hani serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Credit and Special Situations platform at Mubadala Investment Company, overseeing investment businesses focused on Growth and Special Opportunities.
Since joining Mubadala in 2004, Hani has had several leadership roles at the firm and has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and evolution. He has extensive experience managing complex, bespoke, cross-border transactions and has led numerous high-profile partnerships throughout his tenure.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Hani worked as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith in New York.
Hani holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. He also earned a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Harvard Law School.

President, Chief Investment Officer, Private Equity
Oscar Fahlgren is President and Chief Investment Officer of Private Equity for Mubadala Capital, the alternative asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company. He joined Mubadala in 2010 and has held various senior roles, making significant contributions to the organization’s growth and success.
In his current position, Mr. Fahlgren leads Mubadala Capital’s global private equity investment strategy, overseeing a diversified portfolio and managing teams across multiple regions. He plays an integral role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, evaluating investment opportunities, and ensuring alignment between the private equity operations and broader corporate objectives.
Before joining Mubadala, Mr. Fahlgren worked as an Associate Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners in London. His career began at Vinge, a leading Swedish law firm, and he also gained valuable experience in Leveraged Finance at Societe Generale in London.
Mr. Fahlgren received his Master of Laws (LLM) from Uppsala University, Sweden.

President, Chief Investment Officer, Credit and Solutions
Omar Eraiqat is President and Chief Investment Officer, Credit and Solutions at Mubadala Capital, the alternative asset management arm of Mubadala Investment Company. In this capacity, Omar oversees the credit business globally, as well as a diversified solutions platform that encompasses evergreen funds, co-investments, separately managed accounts, and strategic partnerships.
He is also a member of Mubadala Capital’s Investment and Executive Committees, where he plays a central role in establishing the firm’s strategic priorities and investment activities across all strategies and asset classes, while supporting the management of the firm’s operations and ensuring it continues to deliver on its long-term growth objectives.
Omar concurrently serves as Deputy Platform CEO of the Credit and Special Situations platform at Mubadala Investment Company. In this role, he spearheaded the creation of the respective units’ strategies and scaled the businesses to achieve their performance targets and objectives.
Since joining Mubadala in 2007, Omar has held several senior roles across the firm. He was a senior member of the Specialty Finance unit, which oversaw the $6 billion joint venture between Mubadala and GE Capital that co-invested globally across a range of asset classes in the credit sector.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Omar held positions with HSBC and Abu Dhabi Investment Company.
He sits on the board of Mubadala Energy and serves as a member of the Credit and Special Situations platform's Investment Committee and Mubadala's Investment and Business Planning Committee.
Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the American University of Sharjah, UAE.

Chief Financial Officer
Khaled Awad is Mubadala Capital’s Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees all operational and financial reporting functions for the business.
He joined Mubadala Investment Company in 2007 as financial controller, where he supported the finance team in major M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Khaled was an external auditor (Public Accountant) for BDO International in Saudi Arabia from 2001 to 2007, where he was in charge of major audit engagements in different sectors.
He graduated from the Yarmouk University with a B.S. in Accounting, and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Chief Financial Officer

General Counsel
Rodney joined Mubadala Investment Company in 2008, and served as the General Counsel for Mubadala Capital and as Group General Counsel for Mubadala Investment Company until 2017. He then joined Shearman & Sterling LLP as a Partner in its Global M&A practice where he focused on complex mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions as well as various funds and private equity investments, with a particular emphasis on advising sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises.
Rodney returned to Mubadala in 2020 as the General Counsel for Mubadala Capital and a member of the Mubadala Capital Investment Committee.
He began his career as an Associate with the law firm of Allens in Melbourne, and also worked in the corporate group of Linklaters in London and Clifford Chance in Hong Kong.
Rodney graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws and holds an International MBA from IE in Madrid.
