As Mubadala Investment Company's Chief Financial Officer, Carlos is responsible for managing the organization's Business Finance including Treasury and Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Business Performance, and Financial Governance and Reporting.

Before joining Mubadala, Carlos worked with the UAE Offset Program Bureau where he led a wide range of initiatives including privatization, utilities and financial services.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

As Head of Ventures at Mubadala Capital, Ibrahim is responsible for ventures global strategy across US and Europe. The ventures platform invests in early stage, founder-led, technology and healthcare companies aimed at transforming major markets. 
 
Ibrahim is also Head of Growth at Mubadala Investment Company which is focused on technology and healthcare companies at growth stages in their development. The combination of ventures and growth enables Mubadala to be a life-cycle and value-added partner to the worlds most exceptional founders building enduring businesses. 
 
Since joining Mubadala in 2006, Ibrahim has held a number of key roles within the organization. He was previously Executive Director of Mubadala Technology where he oversaw the company’s interests in the advanced technology sector, including the development of Mubadala’s semiconductor strategy and investments. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Advanced Technology Investment Company, a then fully owned Mubadala asset, where he oversaw the creation and strategic growth of GLOBALFOUNDRIES, a leading specialty foundry within the Mubadala portfolio that went public on the Nasdaq in 2021. 
 
Prior to that, he was Associate Director in Mubadala’s acquisitions unit, executing major M&amp;A transactions around the world in a range of different industries. Before joining Mubadala, Ibrahim worked for various companies in Silicon Valley and for Occidental Petroleum in Abu Dhabi. 
 
Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
