Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Adib is the Head of Private Equity at Mubadala Capital. 
 
Since joining Mubadala Investment Company in 2008, Adib has played a leading role in several key transactions across multiple industries at Mubadala, including the acquisition of EMI’s music publishing business in partnership with Sony. 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala, Adib worked as a member of Credit Suisse’s energy investment banking team in New York. 
 
He graduated from the College of William &amp; Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and he received a Master’s of Business Administration degree and a Master’s of Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University, USA.

Kevin is the Head of Business Development &amp; Investor Relations and Co-Head of Private Equity at Mubadala Capital. 
 
Kevin has a background in investment banking with Citigroup in Toronto and London, and has previously worked for the Office of Tony Blair in one of Mr. Blair’s charities, Africa Governance Initiative, and in Mr. Blair’s commercial business, Tony Blair Associates, where he was a Director of Advisory and Principal Strategies. 
 
Kevin graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an Honors in Business Administration Degree.

Targets equity investments between $100 million and $300 million with a conservative approach to valuation and leverage; structural protections are considered for each transaction to limit downside while preserving maximum upside potential.
