Mubadala Capital has been made aware of a recent spate of phishing attempts where individuals are impersonating Mubadala Capital employees and fraudulently using the Mubadala Capital, Mubadala, or MIC Capital (together “MC”) brand in an attempt to deceive third parties and make them invest into fake investment opportunities. We take this matter very seriously as we want to ensure that any such third-party is well-informed and protected.

If you are uncertain about the legitimacy of an email or communication you receive that appears to be from MC, please do not hesitate to reach out to your regular MC contact, or to send an email to our official IR email address,; If you suspect that an email or text message you received is a phishing attempt, please (i) do not open it, (ii) delete it immediately, (iii) do not download any attachments, (iv) never click on links that appear in the message, (v) do not reply to the sender and (vi) please report it to us.
