Fatima Al Noaimi joined Mubadala in 2011 and is the Co-Head of Mubadala Capital Solutions, where she oversees the permanent capital strategy, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners and separately managed accounts. She has over twelve years of experience in funds and direct private equity investments. Fatima also serves on the boards of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and K-MAC Enterprises. 
Fatima graduated magna cum laude from the Higher Colleges of Technology with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is also a CFA and CAIA charter holder.

Fatima Al Noaimi 

Maxime joined Mubadala in 2008 and was a founding member of Mubadala Capital in 2011 where he currently is the Co-Head of Mubadala Capital Solutions. 
 
Since the founding of Mubadala Capital, Maxime has held a number of senior positions across the firm, most recently acting as the Head of Public Investments where he was overseeing Mubadala Capital’s public market initiatives. Prior experiences at Mubadala Capital includes having worked on a number of private market transactions.&nbsp; 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala in 2008, Maxime worked in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions group of Dresdner Kleinwort and R.W. Baird in London. 
 
Maxime graduated with First Class Honors from Queen Mary College, University of London.

Maxime Franzetti

Kumar Venkateswaran joined Mubadala in 2021 and is a Director in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala Capital, Kumar worked at sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi for seven and a half years. At ADIA, he was Head of Americas for the Equity Opportunities strategy which made high conviction, concentrated, long term-oriented equity investments on a global basis. Mr. Venkateswaran also has experience working as a Portfolio Manager on Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Growth Equity team in the US, which managed $30bn across multiple high conviction-oriented strategies.

Kumar holds an M.B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Kumar Venkateswaran 

Henry Kim joined Mubadala in 2012 and is a Director and Head Trader, Public Investments in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala, Henry was a Senior Equity Trader at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he executed orders for passive and active equity funds in Asia and EMEA. Before joining ADIA, Henry worked as a Senior Sales Trader at NDB Capital Markets in New York, where he headed institutional sales trading coverage for buy-side clients, and at Samsung Securities, where he provided sales trading coverage to U.S. institutional investors with investment strategies in Korea.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Henry Kim

Maryam AlAli joined Mubadala in 2014 and oversees the Fund Investment program in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. She has over nine years of experience in funds and direct private equity investments and has held various board positions across the private equity portfolio. 
 
Maryam graduated from Harvard University with a Master’s in Public Policy with concentration in Monetary and Fiscal Policy and from the University of Technology in Munich with a Diploma in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.

Maryam AlAli

Maral Sivzattian is a Senior Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Maral was a Vice President at Samena Capital, focusing on private equity investments in emerging markets under the firm’s Special Situation Funds. Previously, Maral worked in M&amp;A at Citigroup and at Barclays Capital in London. She also has industry experience having worked with Ruspetro PLC (a London-listed oil &amp; gas producer) and GMS Holdings (a diversified industrial conglomerate in Jordan). 
 
Maral holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK.

Alex Mitchell is a Senior Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Alex was an Investment Vice President and Strategy Director at SoftBank Investment Advisers in London and Abu Dhabi, focusing on growth equity investments for the SoftBank Vision Funds. Previously, Alex was a Senior Manager at Strategy&amp;, part of the PwC network, leading delivery of commercial diligence and strategy projects with a focus on TMT and Healthcare. 
 
Alex holds an MA in Oriental Studies Combined from the University of Cambridge.

Alex Mitchell

Aya Makki is a Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Aya was an Investment Associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners in London, a private equity firm focused on mid-market investments in Western Europe and North America. Previously, Aya worked in M&amp;A at Rothschild &amp; Co in London. 
 
Aya holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Aya Makki

Laila Alnuaimi joined Mubadala in 2019 and is an Associate in the Mubadala Capital Solutions Team. For the first two years of her career, Laila has been working across teams and asset classes, including Public Equities, Private Equity and Venture Capital, building direct investment capabilities. Since joining the Solutions Team, Laila has been focused on investments in the public markets. 
 
Laila holds a BA in Economics from Brown University.

Abdullah Al Sheikh Khazaal is an Analyst in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Abdullah was co-managing a number of his family’s businesses in the GCC.
